Is this still available? 

I am thinking about switching from Avail to TenantCloud for my one property in Indiana, and I 'd like to know what others think of it. 

But from a capital needs standpoint, even if you plan on "using other people's money", that doesn't mean you don't need cash available.  

Hello Patrick, from my experience as a lender in the current market there is an abundance of financing available for 1-4 units, on Fix and Flip, New Construction and Rental market. 

On one website I tried to find out about possible wholesale deal from ( 2014 ) that is still listed as available?

If they have units always available, then I would pass.

The permitting process and the availability of reasonably buildable lots is a concern.
