Alot of investors get here from different backgrounds, s there is no 1 answer.My recommendation is to get some business experience - working for Enterprise rent acar taught me Sales, marketing, negotiating, the finance of the individual branch and how to affect it, dealing with customers, These are all traits that helped in the real estate investing world.
