Would the person with the hoarding propensity be able to tolerate other "strangers" rummaging through their precious belongings?

Hi folks,I am new to real estate investing and I'm planning to close on my first deal by August. As

I am a buy hold investor in Augusta, GA and I called a lender from Northpointe bank to see about refinancing my current rental project I just finished to pull out about 49k to fund my next project. 

Companies like Quest and Directed IRA will have just an annual fee and not charge for every time you want to do an investment into an area like equities or precious metals.Personally, I set up a LLC which has my self-directed IRA as the sole member and that LLC can invest in pretty much any asset class that I wanted to. another advantage is that I do not have to request funds from my custodian for every investment that I want myself directed ira to make. 

@Shaival Patel No brainer move out of CA and don’t waste your precious dollars to support a Nazi regime that doesn’t value you wanting to do business with them.

It's virtually impossible to buy physical precious metals (for delivery) anywhere for any reasonable price. look at pretty much any asset.
