I well say if you break down all the bills the HOA is paying, good chance you would personally be paying out a similar fee.As for the actual revenue I would want the address to see the property.

I wrote down the address went home and pulled up the city tax assessors website to do a property search.

I asked for it to be addressed as soon as possible, but the landlord stated she would hopefully attend to it the next week, that the damage was already done and it could not be attended to over a holiday weekend.

If that doesn't work, you can always create a new listing and put a random unit number after the address and it will show as a new listing.

Keep in mind these are different products for different markets: Hosts is the former YourPorter product and bought out to address an entry level < 10-20 listing portfolio , Guesty for Pros is the big brother with more advanced direct booking website and advanced features for larger portfolios.
