I will be getting a SSN within the next 2-3 weeks as I finally got my investor's visa however I will not have an established credit history for some time.Could anyone help to point me in the right direction with a corporate line of credit that is underwritten based on equity and cashflow as opposed to credit, personal income? 

One of our agents has a client that had that issue previously on a deal and now he never wires money without confirming via phone with the attorney/holder of the EMD. 

The holder could sell but he won't find a good deal from a street investor with a 4% rate, he would need an institution to buy it.

Don't buy from a company that won't honor claims; and won't defend policy holders.
