Finding the Lien Holder

I have a property under contract in Dallas, TX. We're trying to close but have run into a title issue. There is a lien on the property from a 2005 Ameriquest home equity loan. Ameriquest went out of business in 2007. We have unfortunately been unable to locate the current lien holder. Ive contacted the bank listed on the title work but they can't find the account. Any advice?
