Looking for corporate line of credit

Hi BP,

This is my first post on the website so a little background information... I am a Canadian Citizen that is investing in real estate in the USA. I am building a portfolio of vacation rental properties, primarily in Florida and working on some development opportunities building single family infill spec homes. My vacation rental properties are owned by a corporation and I have a substantial amount of equity in them that I am trying to access via LOC or any other type of revolving credit. This credit would be used to help expand my development company making quick transactions for land purchases, site work etc. I would be willing to cross collateralize my properties, the hurdle that I have been running into is only having an ITIN and not a SSN. I got by that when purchasing the properties but its a little more difficult with a revolving credit product.

I will be getting a SSN within the next 2-3 weeks as I finally got my investor's visa however I will not have an established credit history for some time.

Could anyone help to point me in the right direction with a corporate line of credit that is underwritten based on equity and cashflow as opposed to credit, personal income?
