Ugh- the harsh reality of trial and error!

Many attorneys, such as myself, lump any variation of a hub and spoke model of LLC planning into the term of "series LLC", because they receive similar treatment by local courts.

So after going through the same trials last year, I ended up getting my own employing broker.  

I have found similar software for free but I was hoping to cut down on the research and trial hours by asking you guys!

Ownership of the real estate is handled the same was as above - There is a deed in the name of the entity registered with the state.Ownership of the entity is handled through whatever legal authority is managing the entity - The secretary of state or the SEC, or the individual managers of the entity etc.There are literally hundreds of variations within these two.

You do of course run the risk of them coming in and shutting it down, but in situations such as these I always like to ask myself how things would come across if there was an injury or loss of life and I ended up going to trial. 

I don’t think there is any one way to find a good realtor who is affluent on investment properties other than trial and error! 

The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.
