Older elderly retired, but is not the cleanest person, my pest control guy went over there and said there where bunch of fruit flys and tenant wanted him to spray chemicals which he said he couldn’t do that, and kindly said to clean up and pick up after her self.

My wife has also used spray on oven cleaner in really soap scummy showers and it works wonders at cleaning up a fiberglass shower, so I imagine a sink it would work well too.

I guess I'd shop vac and then spray it down with a product designed to kill mold, then cross your fingers and see what happens....Note: If you test it for mold and it comes back positive, you're opening a whole other can of worms.....

If you can't find a marking, and you really want to know, use a bucket and a stopwatch.A couple of things to look out for: some of the low-flow heads don't give you a very strong spray.
