I was planning to spray myself but now it makes more sense to hire a company.I googled this already, but was hoping to find someone who has worked with other landlords.Thanks!

Older elderly retired, but is not the cleanest person, my pest control guy went over there and said there where bunch of fruit flys and tenant wanted him to spray chemicals which he said he couldn’t do that, and kindly said to clean up and pick up after her self.

My wife has also used spray on oven cleaner in really soap scummy showers and it works wonders at cleaning up a fiberglass shower, so I imagine a sink it would work well too.  

I guess I'd shop vac and then spray it down with a product designed to kill mold, then cross your fingers and see what happens....Note: If you test it for mold and it comes back positive, you're opening a whole other can of worms.....

However, cat spray is a nightmare.

If you have not done so, use a garden hose to spray out the condenser coils/fins.

Anyone have any tips or any commercial spray or anything that could help!?

They forward me the quote which she said she never got, and it was for $360 for sealing the entry points, placing traps, spraying repellent, and a 3 month repelling contract (1/month) around the outside of the house.

So my now aggravated maint guy spray painted the entire box including the names with flat black Rustoleum.  

If you can't find a marking, and you really want to know, use a bucket and a stopwatch.A couple of things to look out for: some of the low-flow heads don't give you a very strong spray.
