As far as price range, we've LO's up to $600k but our meat and potatoes is $180-$325kI prefer NOT to do lower priced houses, as I spend 10 times the energy adn time of less of a payday, plus the buyers are less qualified for our program.

Your comps look solid as lo g as they are in the same town as your flip and within a tight radius, 1 to 2 miles or so.

I know for a fact when other LO's approach them some of them say they work with someone and keep it at that and some of them will approach me and ask if what they're being told is true.I find that a lot of Realtors these days will use whoever is the cheapest, or will print their flyers or help pay for marketing or sign an MSA agreement.
