I'm not very familiar with all of Trump's holdings except that he bought a golf course on the ocean in Los Angeles (primo location), bought a beat up hotel on the Vegas strip (primo location), owns an apt. building on 5th Ave in NYC (primo location), a hotel at Michigan Ave on the river in Chicago, has a new resort on the ocean in Baja, etc.

They may be geographical (such as Ohio Valley Investors) or based on types of investing (such as Hotel Acquisition).

Even if they have to replace a couple valleys in the area of the chimney, it still shouldn't be more than $1000.
