I live in San Diego Ca. I just so confused. I am taking Rich Dad Classes. I have took whole sale and lease options and a couple other classes but it just seems like those strategies are not working in this market. It's getting frustrating. I spent alot of money on the classes but I am always being told I can't do that here in San Diego because of the market. I went to a real estate club and I met some people but they are just started out too. What kind of real estate strategies can you do here in ca. Am I in the wrong market. Are there any other investors here in San Diego who are doing great deals now. What I'm I doing wrong?
People make real estate seem so easy. I've been trying since December of last year.
