I found the road Los Elbanos Blvd, but I'm not sure if that's referring to the neighborhood or just the road: And I would assume anything close to the port is going to benefit from the job growth due to the LPG facility.

Finally, you can bring a contractor or shoot him an email with 30-40 images with a video of the property and ask him how much he would charge to fix it to your expectations.

One tenant however, did refer to having their rent pro-rated by the number of days that the situation would last.There is a clause in both their leases that they are responsible to carry renters insurance to protect their personal belongings against fire, theft, flood, loss of use etc.
