I am a Christian as well - a real estate investor - and a husband and father - we have 3 precious girls (10,8,6).

Similar to how you grow a giant, record braking pumpkin by cutting out the smaller ones that are taking up precious resources.

One of my partners sold his garbage company for just under 100 million and he drives is old Chevy Tahoe.. but when I was in Istanbul on a trip with him he bought his wife jewelry that was more than the car we are talking about .another member had the largest court reporting business in SF and they sold for I think about 12 million.. he drove a 70s old beat up ford.. but had a AT the time 2 plus million dollar home and he owned a Mall up in Rockland.. 

Time is the most precious and valuable thing we have, as long as the numbers makes sense and you like the deal I would say just go for it.

I have thought a lot about partnering in a Fix N Flip mostly because my time is very precious and I'm always running out of it.

Has anyone on here successfully use precious metals as a medium to exchange credit such as a credit cards to cash?

I look for at least some semblance of grammar in their e-mail- that shows they're educated and just might have a job that's not being a gansta.Don't show the place too late at night.Don't wear anything flashy - jewelry, car, clothes, whatever.
