I'll share mine real quick here - but want to hear what everyone else is doing too...Direct mail to following criteria:-absentee-vacant-free and clear-7 years ownership-SFR and multiSending yellow letters, once a month, hitting mailboxes on Tuesdays & WednesdaysCopy on direct mail reads as follows:Hi,Are you tired of getting postcards and letters frominvestors wanting to buy your house at 123 Main St?

Go for the larger postcards.

Changing it up a bit and sending it as a postcard.

Do any of you do in house post cards/letter writing?

I found a local mail house that can do my letters are the same cost as my postcards so I'd look into that in your area too. 

I’m looking for off-market properties myself and was told to “die in a fire” last week for sending someone a fairly innocuous post card.

Found by driving for dollars and using a postcard mailing app called Deal Machine.
