I'm trying to write a letter to a vacant owner if you guys could give me a few tips that would be great thank you

Hello .........
My name is Saul Ballaine. I work across the street from your property at ..........Street. I have noticed very little activity on the property in some time, and through a little research, found your contact information on the Lake County website.

I am reaching out to see if you may be interested in selling this property. I have grown up in Lakeview and have been looking for opportunities to acquire a property in the area. I truly love this community, and want to be a part of improving it however I can in the years to come. I believe this property may be a good fit for what I am looking for, and potentially a good opportunity for both of us if you are interested in selling.

I look forward to speaking with you, and hope this letter finds you well. I can be reached by phone at .........., or by email at ..............., if either is more convenient.
Thank you,
Saul Ballaine

Hey @Saul Ballaine - wondering if you got this done with one letter? I'm working on same. One letter in. No response. Planning a more concerted effort that isn't creepy or annoying. Appreciate an update. Thanks!
