First , get the worst job possible so you never change your mind about perusing REI........Of course I am kidding...........

Hi All - My name is Julian, I've been perusing through the BiggerPockets forums for the last couple of months and have begun listening to the podcasts as well; both excellent sources for real estate.  

If I really want to dive into the world of research, I will start perusing the obituary section of the news paper and see where that takes me.  

I have perused the propertyradar.com site and not many foreclosures but quite a few of bank owned.

Below are a few of the ones I have come across and have yet to peruse: spotcrime.comneighborhoodscout.comcrimereports.com Of course, nothing compares to driving the neighborhoods and getting a feel for the streets of Baltimore neighborhoods. 

If you get multiple uses out of it, but only have to pay for it once, that's using it...and, it makes that initial (and only) cost insignificant, since the cost per use is reduced with every subsequent use.
