Hello all BP members!

I've been perusing the site for sometime now - love it! Great advise, help, etc.

I've been RE investing in the Austin, TX market since 2008 (6 years). I own two SFR investment properties and one personal home in the Greater Austin area. One I lived in, moved out (bought my current personal home), and converted to an investment property (2008). The other I purchased last Spring (2011), remodeled (roughly $6k with most of the labor done by me), and rented within 24 hours of listing - great market!

I'm currently saving (20%) for my next purchase. Also, I've been researching how to wholesale - made some progress with setup, but have not pulled the trigger. I won't jump into anything that I don't fully understand like all the risks involved and the commitment needed etc. I've also thought about property management, getting my RE license...I love everything RE!

I would love to meet some folks to help mentor me in the world on REI.

Mine, and my wife's (who is involved to some degree) main goal (long term) is to build a great portfolio we can pass on to our children.

Thank you all!

Cheers,

Jason Kemp
