It is common misconception that the limit is 10 conventional loans. so, folks will say will lets do a DSCR loan on this one to save a slot for a conventional loan.

If yes, would love some recommendations on best options in the market if folks have done it here.

I would often find the letters sent to these folks stacked up and left on the counters..

Hey Jason, sorry to hear you're dealing with these folks just a month into their lease starting! 

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

Are there any crowdsourcing or other online opportunity that folks have found effective for something like this?
