Anyone verify that the BP rental forms are legit in Georgia?

Hello folks in Georgia / Atlanta,

The Bigger Pockets Book On Rental Property Investing provides access to a comprehensive list of 34 forms that would be useful to a landlord including things like a lease agreement, application, late rent notice, move-in-move-out agreement, estoppel agreement, tenant phone questionnaire, pet addendum, etc. etc. etc.  It seems like these documents are intended as a bonus for purchasing the book (kindle version is only $10), so I probably shouldn't pass them on, but I'm wondering if anyone else who has these forms have run them buy a qualified attorney in Georgia to find out if they are legitimate here.

I'm excited about this because it's a whole set of tested forms.  If no one has already run them buy a lawyer here in Georgia, would anyone be interested in splitting the cost to do so?  The good real estate lawyers here in Atlanta seem to be charging over $300 an hour.

Simply access you state landlord tenant regulations. Everything is there to insure you are not doing anything wrong. If you read through the regulations line by line it will be clear what can and can not be included in a lease. In addition most states should have forms on line.
