I've looked into investing in manufacturer homes and using seller financing to move them,  however i haven't heard of wholesaling them.  

Usually they just need clear instructions but I'm on site or constantly checking on them, for sure if they're new to me. 

I feel I should interview investors because I was instructed to focus on my chosen path, which is investing.
