Johnnie you don't need that.If you have been working at close to one year and have one deal closed then the firm you are working with or your trainer is not right for you.If you are shadowing someone who does volume you should be further along then you are now.Yes I have heard of top dogs training.I think you would benefit way more finding the right top broker locally to shadow and learn from.
