I read BPs Ultimate Beginner's Guide to RE Investing it was a significant help in understanding the process.

When investing, just make sure you have a good local buyers agent who also owns rental properties to guide you. 

If you want letters from previous landlords if they can meet your stated income and credit score requirements then, you also state that up front, exactly what you want.And your realtor and attorney should be helping guide you this way. 

I decided to use this time to listen to audio books on real estate investing so I started out with the guide to investing in real estate, and I am currently on the guide to flipping houses.I would love to hear from some of you guys who have already started their journey (or maybe are well into their journey!)

So if anyone can help & have those contracts & possibly a Mach one I can use as a guide, I’m so afraid of filling it out wrong!
