New Real estate investor
Heyyy BP!
I’m a new to the real estate world and is interested in buying multi home properties. Ive recently started the process of looking for multi properties home in my area but soon come to realize that I would be losing and going into debt if I was to buy. (Which is not my overall goal of course). What is the best way to go about this? How do I go about looking for multi family homes in this expensive climate?
