They might work for an annual rental but for a STR you might need to increase your price closer to $400+ and you'll have to furnish it too.

I suppose some of the properties and locations might lend well to furnished monthly or even STR, but unsure.

We did floors and paint, gave the bathrooms and kitchen a face life, reorganized things a little, and furnished it beautifully.
