I need to the point program that will actually get me started after few hours of research/learning...I'm not looking for few months of learning.  

I'm constantly amazed by what the naive will spend for a program run by a marketing professional with limited real estate experience and then refuse to spend a penny with someone who has done it for the last 20 years.
