Friends have said I'd enjoy living here (32 yo, enjoy being active in nature, smart kind people, and delicious food).I househacked my first home near Seattle and am interested in doing something similar in NC.

There is just a lot that COULD go wrong, and if the deal goes sideways that could make for some very uncomfortable Thanksgiving day dinners if you know what I mean. 

Love your friends and family; take them to dinner.

The goal is to get a deal on the table.I'm also meeting a local syndicator in my area for dinner. 

Also, Rob Abisolo mentioned perhaps buying them dinner or some sort of good will gesture. 

A bird in the hand ...is chicken dinner rather than two maybes ahead.

However, even though I have a verbal warning the first time to the guys, they truly were having fun playing video games just after dinner and not being unreasonable. 

All those cultures combined ought to make some delicious turtle-fusion dish.  

Ask if you can follow them around and ask questions and throw them some money for dinner if they give you great info.

Real estate goals-Next 90 days I want to buy a out of state 4 plex-locate a market -build relationships with out of state core 4-post on bigger pockets daily-listen to 1 podcast daily - listen to 1 hours of a real estate related bookFitness goals-I have a fitness trainer -get back in the gym🥴-follow my meal plan and eat right -stop drinking Relationship goals-tell my wife how beautiful she is multiple times a day-take her on a date 1-2 times a month -make dinner so she doesn’t have too -do the laundry more🙃😅(for me the pain of doing this is probably equal to the pain she felt durning labor.....😂)Baby girl- -wake up in the middle of the night and tend to her as best as I can-when I’m holding her out my phone on airplane mode -buy more real estate for her4 year goal I want to own 8 4 plexes and replace my income to own a real estate agent firm.
