Is this common practice?

Then a wise man who was already successful doing what I wanted to be doing shared some common sense that I took to heart: settle on ONE strategy to get started and block out all the other noise, the BS, and the well intentioned but misinformed friends and relatives telling you that you can’t do this.

Does anyone know if we give a Housing Authority Tenant notice that we do not intend continue renting (and provide a 90 day minimum notice).

“ I’ve noticed new people also make statements such as ‘“they opened escrow.”This is just my opinion, but I do not think it is helpful talking fancy to sellers.. 

Does anyone know if we are still required to give a 30 day notice and continue to lose out on rent that is being paid on time?
