The second level comes with a personal coach and mentor.

Obviously your realtor is supposed to coach you through this  but sometimes I think getting an extra 10k on the sales price might mean a lot to me and my family but for a realtor it’s a only a few hundred bucks and maybe more of a headache.

I need knowledge of the industry and people that are willing to coach me, and point me in the right direction to successfully break into the real estate industry.

I can’t find anything negative about her or her training program.Has anyone worked with Noelle Randall or one of her coaches?

You get some education and some coaching, all inone.My recommendation is typically the same.

Seller agents that aren't coached on these kind of offers might be weary to go for it.

Fast forward 9 years later I am a full time investor friendly realtor I also help new investors and experience investor realtors close more business without charging them a fee, sort of like free coaching on a national basis.
