I agree with another poster, it looks like some switchgear and breakers for a solar panel. 

If you're doing a whole house worth, or even a whole apartment, buy the devices and plates in boxes of 10 to get a bit better price.When replacing outlets, move any "back-stabbed" connections to the side terminal screws; this gives you a better connection and reduces the voltage drop in the circuit. 

In Kansas, my understanding is that you have to have an electrician to tie anything into the breaker box, so you can't DIY much, if any, of this job. 

My hot tub just started tripping the breaker after being on for a few minutes, and trips again a few minutes later even after the breaker has been reset.

Could phase 1 environmental study be a deal breaker?

Fuses instead of breakers?  

It would be nice for the software to understand some aspects about the construction industry but this is not a deal breaker. 

The issue was that the AC circuit breaker had been tripped off in the breaker box and simply had to be reset!
