Today we are like the freaking Golden Child and we live in an International spotlight.

At my age, I don't think it's a good idea to risk my own personal property.Fortunately, we have no credit cards, since we maxed those out during the housing crunch and ended up not being able to pay them.And we only have one 17-yr old (step) daughter who lives with her mom, so there's no child support due to anyone.I've tried network marketing, affiliate marketing, blogging, etc., etc., as a "second job," and those are not viable.  

I am a newborn with no experience in real estate investing, except for purchasing my first home in 2014. 

To those who have asked, this is in no way part of a divorce settlement or back child support, or anything rational or reasonable. 

My husband is a great co-parent, and we share household and child responsibilities.  

My wife and I are expecting our fifth child, so I tied up all the cash I had to invest with in acquiring a bigger house.  

She married me later and somehow I became the golden child later to her parents, but I think the grandchildren helped. 

Recent divorcee with 1 child and can't pay the mortgage after ex-husband abandoned us.

I wondered if anyone could advise as to questions to ask the seller for due diligence and the best way to get the down payment.Currently, I am still carrying debt from a very lengthy divorce and can't get everything settled around child support...so wonder if it might be better to wait until I get all of my debt cleared or move forward to build wealth to help me clear the debt with this or a similar investment...Note: I have about $15k in credit card debt but my net worth including my primary residence, car, and 401k is okay.

Even if they do, odds are that my child is a different age than theirs.
