Hello there TEAM!

I am a (soon to be ex ) Homeowner in PA looking for advice on how to get out of current mortgage loan. Recent divorcee with 1 child and can't pay the mortgage after ex-husband abandoned us. Need any help, advice to salvage my credit before I head into foreclosure.

Bank of America the lending bank, so far has only offered me a refi or a loan modification.

No money to sell (commission fees etc.) No money to "fix it up" for rental income.

I'm stuck in quick sand, below mud, between a rock and a hard place!

Any advice, help, pointers, direction, links, books anything can TRULY help me and my 3 year old.

- Signed...just can't pay the mortgage
