You should be able to do an action yourself with out without a lawyer, research the process within your state statues, download the proper court forms from your county court should be able to get online,, and go down to the court house, sit thru a housing court eviction session so your familiar with what happens.

So, the LLC (land and first cash injection) could be responsible for the visioning session, the marketing package etc.  

Personally, until it is sorted out at the federal level (and it took a big step backwards with Jeff Sessions as the AG - look up his opinion on marijuana), I wouldn't risk getting involved at any level.
