For those of you who have taken the RE sales exam, do you have to take classes or can you get a preparation kit and just take the exam?

The worst part is, none of the things you learn to get your license will help you when you become a RE agent. If you are lucky, you might use 10% of what you learned in school. That's why it's so important to join a brokerage with a great training program, or at least someone that will mentor you.
