Oh I'm an investor I bought a house and I'm a clever investor because I only paid 25K for this beautiful house in such and such a city.A year later they are pouring money into trying to keep the property rented and slowly realising they have lost 25K and have a photo of what was once a nice house, never to be nice again.Maybe if more of those people would warn others we could stem the tide of greater fools?
