I am brand new to multifamily property purchase/rentals & need help analyzing this deal. I have 2 SFH rentals so far and looking to add to my portfolio. This property is a beautiful old stone building on the mainstreet of our small city in cnetral PA. It includes 4 apartments & 1 storefront/ office space. Building built 1920- totally renovated to studs in 2012. Listing reports property is fully occupied/ rented. The numbers I put into the calculator were obtained from seller, but not verified. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! If this doesn't look good, I will stop now. Thanks!
