I look at Cash on Cash return because cash flow is like the blood in any business body.

They are the ruling body. 

I guess I assumed that being a QI was like being a CPA or a lawyer in that their was some body that licensed them,  but after watching "American Greed" I learned I was mistaken. 

To avoid undermining the democratization of real estate ownership, a combination of technological solutions (smart contracts, decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), and regulatory frameworks that ensure a level playing field for all participants) would be necessary.However, I don’t think even the most restrictive of regulations could stop the concentration of ownership by large entities.

But how many bodies are downriver?  

Does anyone else have experience buying/selling auto body or repair shops?

I often lay these over good one side plywood or just fill in the knots with a floor leveler or auto body filler.

;-)I don't think you will just hand any old body the keys without doing due diligence.

As much as I love the work that I do it's taken a serious toll on my body.
