Finally, my own plug is I've been running my own mastermind group with such great success I had to take a brief hiatus so that several of us can go buy an apartment or several together.

In addition, his mastermind program ($49/month, however, his website was just redone and I don't see it on his website right now) has 20+ full videos showing apartment buildings, OMs and breaking down the deal.

13 of us met just last night and had a GREAT mastermind session inside of a completed rehab flip of one of the investors. 

You're looking for a mastermind group and you won't find that in a free public forum.
