Bigger Pockets Networking and Mastermind Group Volusia County

Hi guys!  Let's try to get a good networking and mastermind group in Volusia County.  I am happy to host and think we could all really benefit.  However, I don't want to put in a ton of effort if there is not both interest and commitment that people will attend.  I currently own 12 properties and and about to purchase an entire street so hopefully that number should go to 22!  Yay!  I would love to both share my knowledge and learn from others.  

Would March 1st work as a good date?  Please respond yes or no so we can figure out how to start moving forward.
