Call First American or Chicago Title, ask to speak to an account rep and tell them you are an investor and want to bring them your next purchase and re-sale.

Vladimir Valter Putting all the Crimea/Ukraine issues aside to keep things easy, it comes down to this:As a foreign national with no presence in the US such as an immigration visa of some kind, or significant financial footprint (cash or property), no American bank or traditional lender will loan you money.

Up to you if you want to trust that title companies searching capabilities or find a third party on top of the closing companies search..I have had issues with First American, Chicago Title, and 2 other title companies(underwritten by first american) this year.

The more regulations put in place by acts like Dodd Frank the more freedom we lose to be entrepreneurs and live OUR American Dream. 

Currently I am using First American Title to pull lists, but I don't know where to start when it comes to narrowing down the list to places that are most likely under duress, nor can I see where multi-units are specified, and I know there are some within this area, as I have driven around and market some through that process.Any suggestions?

First American Title is a huge national  company who work with almost every lender in the country.

I really have little experience with Mexican or American health care for that matter. 

Perhaps we can set- up an 'North American' venture?

We need to control the number of immigrants coming into America from other countries in order for Americans to have opportunities.
