Other than the HOA will will be partially paid by the SELLER because it has superpriority status IN PART, those are junior liens which would have been extinguished if proper notice was given.

So senior agent might get 25k, middle person 15k, and junior agent 10k.So as you can see they have to (churn and burn) listings and sell the heck out of everything just to make a decent living.
