Hi everybody! Newbie to REI and first posting! so excitkng!!! Im interested in a property listed in an auction closing tomorrow. The docs attached in the post include a "Commitment for Title Insurance". Schedule B of said doc includes the following wording: The following are the requirements to be complied with: - Proper Disposition of Statement of Lien for unpaid Condominium Assessments, recorded on... in the amount of $10,033.07. - Proper Disposition of Contract Judgment, recorded on.... in the amount of $5,706.27. - Proper Disposition of Judgment, recorded November 06, 2013 in, Case No..., in the amount of $4,970.23. - Proper Disposition of Contract Judgment, recorded August 09, 2017 in, Case...., in the amount of $13,678.36. -- Does this mean that the buyer has to pay such amounts upon purchase? thanks Lizannette
