The Countrywide/Bank of America sh*t took care of our credit, so we're starting from scratch.In fact, thanks to CW/BOA we can't even get a home equity line of credit or refi our house to get some of the equity out of it!

Because it´s a SFR residence that was bought to be a primary residence, so I´m pretty happy that we´ll have it all covered (and there´s 4 months of reserves in the property´s account, as well) while we spend the next several months trekking through Latin America.
