I do not know about you but I am ready to go back to the great country of America!

I was halfway through my pursuit of a B.S. in Construction Management and had just completed my first out-of-state internship with one of the largest construction/engineering firms in North America.

The Countrywide/Bank of America sh*t took care of our credit, so we're starting from scratch.In fact, thanks to CW/BOA we can't even get a home equity line of credit or refi our house to get some of the equity out of it!  

So many just start out with not a clue as to what a deal is they waste everyone's time etc.But again its America its up to the investors who may buy the homes to filter through the white noise..

Because it´s a SFR residence that was bought to be a primary residence, so I´m pretty happy that we´ll have it all covered (and there´s 4 months of reserves in the property´s account, as well) while we spend the next several months trekking through Latin America.

You're saying everyone should shop corporate America and not small business.  

Need any help, advice to salvage my credit before I head into foreclosure.Bank of America the lending bank, so far has only offered me a refi or a loan modification.No money to sell (commission fees etc.)
