We rented our 13 year old cabin to a tenant who put nail holes in the pine hardwood floors and also around wooden door frames and wooden baseboards.  

Could you add a bike rack outside?

I have a decent amount of equity in my home and I've been racking my brain on what to do with it.

The problem is my house has wooden siding and the paint is peeling on it.

Drywall isn't going to hold a rack of clothes or a shelf full of stuff, it will always pull out eventually. 

I racked my brains trying to figure out why.

They generally have the form in a display rack so you can pick it up.
