I haven’t dealt with one on any of my deals while in my time lending but on the residential side gap funding comes up on a weekly basis.

It was 2-3 weeks ago I believe.

Tenant moved in July 1st and last week it was raided by police. 

My VA has been with me 3 weeks and she is awesome.

I lived in SF for 8yrs and am out there regularly (including next week).

I've tried reaching out to the tenant multiple times but have not heard a word from them over the past week.

You may end up on here in a few weeks asking how you can get out of your contract with the builder, or how to sue the builder.
