Just take what they have taught you to date and put your own team together dont rely on these companies that say they will plug you into their network.. it does not work that way. there is only so many contractors and so many props and jobs to get done. you need full control of your OWN team.

Remember, there are different team members needed to run a competent multifamily business.

Apologize their stay didn’t meet their expectations that your goal is guest satisfaction therefore feedback is essential…. you’ve dispatched a local team to property to check items mentioned and make corrections.

If your looking for the least amount of risk and biggest bang for your buck I would look for a company that is a reputable turnkey provider thats actually in Detroit and offers things such as an efficient boots on the ground team, all sorts of established local relationships, solid in-house management, an operation that is highly skilled and well versed in section 8, a company that has proven relationships with both out of state and local lenders.

You must have done everything reasonable, even unreasonable, to cure the issue and document it.I lost $200.00 once in court because a tenant removed the range and would not let us reinstall it.

Thought I had the perfect team lined up, but midway through, the contractors didn't quite deliver as expected.
