Particularly in the winter, the unit throws error codes as the intake pipe usually freezes.

I don't know how many of the intake forms I've completed, chatted with the agent and never heard back.

For example, if a move-in takes place on the 20th of the month or after, then the prorated amount for the rest of that month + the next month of rent.

My suggestion in this situation would be to buy a property that you plan on living in- takes a lot less cash up front, and then rent it in a few years.

One other issue that Bill mentioned is lack of air intake for combustion.
