Put up signs to let them know cameras are in the area and let each tenant know that you put up cameras for extra security and that they are only in common areas.

My idea was to set a date for an as is auction and put out signs, flyers, and social media ads for the auction the week leading up to it.

I have every empathy for folks who are hurting especially from instances that are from outside of their control, but filing bankruptcy to get out of debt that she chose to sign up for and promise to pay for the sole purpose of getting ahead faster (her story, not mine) seems less than ethical and Bigger Pockets promoting it is questionable.

I just feel like you have to take every claim with a grain of salt...I used propstream for a year, and I probably will sign up again soon... was intrigued by PIN and the flashier interface, but not excited about the upfront cost...

Maybe if you get lucky you can flip it to an investor and title co is able to get mortgage and payoff info without details from the real owner or you can bribe that owner to give you their details for $1000 and sign an authorization to talk to mortgage company.
