I have literally had to beg inspector to come into the property before signing off on a permit.

Put up signs to let them know cameras are in the area and let each tenant know that you put up cameras for extra security and that they are only in common areas.

I have every empathy for folks who are hurting especially from instances that are from outside of their control, but filing bankruptcy to get out of debt that she chose to sign up for and promise to pay for the sole purpose of getting ahead faster (her story, not mine) seems less than ethical and Bigger Pockets promoting it is questionable.

@Kyle MasonTo increase your loan amount, consider strategies like increasing rental income, co-signing with a co-signer, using portfolio loans, negotiating seller financing, down payment assistance programs, paying down debt, and considering alternative loan products like DSCR loans, non-QM loans, and bridge loans.

Maybe if you get lucky you can flip it to an investor and title co is able to get mortgage and payoff info without details from the real owner or you can bribe that owner to give you their details for $1000 and sign an authorization to talk to mortgage company.

Home prices are high which is a good sign.
