Believe it or not, we had to add the following to the Schedule 'A' (House Rules) of our lease:The Tenant agrees not to park in front of the building entrance, on sidewalks or to block access to sidewalks, buildings or parking areas;The Tenant agrees that prior leaving on Christmas holidays or spring break the heating system will be left active with thermostats set no lower than 10C (50F) and all windows will be closed;
