Tenant finally evicted but still comes onto property

Mary Cruz
Posted

I finally got my tenant evicted, but found out this morning that she is still coming onto the property and parks onto my driveway to drop off her kids and pick them up from the school. She allows the kids to stay in front of the property from 3PM till 5PM, according to the neighbors. My house is 3 houses away from the school. I have over $15k in repairs due to this bad tenant, so I do not want to anger her, as I am repairing the house. But I am afraid if something happens to her kids on the property while it is vacant or there are vendors repairing stuff.

Replied

Get a restraining order on her in relationship to the property. This way she will not be allowed anywhere on the property.

Put up no trespassing signs.
